Project Brief:

MODON, with RDC as Client’s Representative, is overseeing the on-going construction of Reem Hills Phase 1, executed by Barrari, with the original KEO design modified at the Client’s request.

The IFC landscape package was revised to update parks and open spaces, pedestrian circulation and accessibility, play and fitness areas, and paving strategies, aligned with Estidama PCRS guidelines.​

Design Concept:

Set on a hillside, the design concept seeks to integrate harmoniously with the natural topography, allowing the built environment to complement the surrounding landscape rather than compete with it.

The approach fosters a culturally vibrant, exclusive gated community, where the revised parks, circulation, and play areas reinforce everyday amenity without compromising the site’s natural, hillside character.​
