Project Brief:

The Ethara Headquarters at Yas Marina Circuit includes two fire-exit staircases serving the lobby, office floors, and roof deck; this project upgrades both with a permanent solution to enhance user experience, efficiency, and accessibility.

The consultancy scope spans concept and schematic design across architecture, structure, and lighting, plus specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and construction-phase compliance review and handover support.

Design Concept:

The fire exit design complements the modern industrial character of the existing headquarters through linear and geometric wall accents that echo the building’s established aesthetic.

All materials are selected to comply with ADCD requirements, ensuring the upgraded staircases deliver both safety and aesthetic integration with the surrounding architecture.
