Project Brief:

The project enhances the Ground Floor by improving the functionality, spatial quality, visual identity, and overall user experience of the existing coffee and reception areas.

Two design options were developed to give the Client varying levels of intervention, both integrating seamlessly with the building’s existing architectural and interior language.​

Design Concept:

The concept reimagines the Ground Floor as a vibrant, multifunctional social hub that encourages collaboration, informal meetings, and everyday interaction, using a neutral palette with warm wood accents.

Integrated greenery, a distinctive feature ceiling with decorative lighting, and flexible seating create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that complements the building’s interior identity.
