Project Brief:

An Infrastructure Masterplan for Mirfa was requested as part of the UPC’s Plan Al Gharbia 2030, helping the region evaluate and respond to current and future development needs.

The Utility Master Plan provides a conceptual framework for infrastructure networks needed to service the community, coordinated closely with the Local Utility Authorities throughout preparation.

Design Concept:

The scope included data collection and detailed infrastructure master planning across sewage, storm water drainage, and TSE/irrigation networks tailored to Mirfa’s community needs.

Deliverables included drawings, schedules, cost estimates, and design guidelines, prepared in close liaison with all concerned statutory authorities.
