Project Brief:

Abu Dhabi Ports signed a 50-year agreement with the Jiangsu Provincial Overseas Cooperation & Investment Company (JOCIC) for a 2.2 sqkm lease at the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD), Al Taweelah.

JOCIC and CPPE appointed KN International to provide design consultancy services, including design, permitting, tender documentation, and supervision across the zone’s core infrastructure networks.

Design Concept:

The scope covers the internal road network, pavement, on-street parking, and potable water, combined wastewater, power supply, and storm water networks.

Fire and water, telecom, and street lighting networks complete the infrastructure package, alongside the zone’s streetscape design.
