Project Brief:

This design competition covers the comprehensive master planning of a private villa estate, including architecture, public realm, and supporting infrastructure, merging two existing islands into a single, cohesive development.

The estate balances exclusivity with landscape-driven design, integrating a Main Villa, Spa, Paddle and Tennis Courts, a Swimming Pool, Guest and Escort Villas, Staff Quarters, and back-of-house kitchen and utility buildings.

Design Concept:

Inspired by the sea’s serenity and the horizon, the villa is composed of floating architectural planes resting gently within the landscape, with strong horizontal forms and transparent living spaces.

Framed views dissolve the line between indoors and outdoors, while water, light, and greenery sequence the arrival, garden courtyards, and waterfront into a timeless, private residence.
