Project Brief:

Appointed by the Ministry of Public Works (MoPW), under the Initiative of H.H. President of UAE, to provide consultancy services for infrastructure works serving the public housing project at Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah Emirate.

Delivered through CD, PD, DD, TD, IFC and Supervision stages, the scope covers roads, storm water, sewerage, potable water, power networks and utility ducts for 100 residential plots.

​Design Concept:

The initiative sits within MoPW’s long-term ‘Northern Emirates – Plan 2030’ programme, extending public housing, infrastructure and service facilities to Ras Al Khaimah’s remote communities.

Infrastructure for the 100 plots includes 3,900m of roads, a storm water system, sewerage network with a 175 m3/day reed-bed treatment plant, and full potable water and power networks.
