Project Brief:

ADDC required due diligence and overview of the power distribution network in Rahayel City (ICAD-V) Area 2 & 3, comprising 33/11kV package substations and LV infrastructure.

The review evaluates financial payments against constructed assets, verifying conformity of the built network with the project’s scope and ADDC’s specifications.

Design Concept:

The review covers the detailed design report, tendering process, contractor documents, work plan and construction procedures, and as-built drawings against the approved civil design for the distribution substations.

The review also validates material supply and installation costs against market rates and assesses the contract’s technical and commercial standing before final payment.
