Project Brief:

ADMM required a survey of defects identified at Yas Marina Circuit, venue of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Yas Island, and design and specifications for a contractor to repair them.

Through CD, PD, DD, TD and Site Supervision, the appointed contractor’s works on site are also supervised, covering the potable water and firefighting pumping stations, the chilled water network and kitchen ventilation.

Design Concept:

The repair design responds directly to defects found during the detailed site survey, targeting the circuit’s core utility systems rather than a single isolated fault.

Scope spans potable water and firefighting pumping stations, a chilled water network and team-building kitchen ventilation, with the contractor’s work supervised through to completion.
