Project Brief:

Q Holding, through design-and-build contractor Gulf Dunes, required a Design Consultant to prepare the infrastructure and landscape design for continued Public Realm improvement at Danet, Abu Dhabi.

The Site Investigation, PD and DD stages cover road works, a cycle track, traffic signals, power distribution and street lighting alongside a stormwater network, landscape and irrigation network.

Design Concept:

The design raises Danet’s public realm to a higher standard of construction, aiming to escalate liveability and better serve the community in line with Q Holding’s vision.

Utility and public-realm elements – roads, cycle track, signals, lighting, stormwater, landscape and irrigation – are coordinated as one package in compliance with the Authority’s requirements.
