Project Brief:

A design consultant was appointed by Radiant Real Estate for their Al Reem Island holdings, covering Plots RS5-C28_C29, RS5-C31, C4A, and C4B, within the Shams masterplan by Aldar Properties PJSC.

Plot RS5-C31 is being developed as the Radiant Beach Front Tower, comprising residential flats, serviced apartments, and a hotel, with the scope covering dualization and reconfiguration of the surrounding road network.

Design Concept:

The scope includes Road-1, Road-32, Road-33, and Road-34, plus a new roundabout and kerb alignment serving the surrounding plots.

Proposed plot entrance and substation layouts are coordinated for Plots C28_C29 and C31, integrating the road dualization with each plot’s access requirements.
