Project Brief:

ADHA and DMT’s Al-Dhafrah Region Municipality tasked the project with delivering roads, infrastructure and public realm for Sectors Baynounah, MZE12, MZW11 and Madinat Zayed Sector 6 in Al-Dhafrah Region.

Aldar Projects LLC engaged design sub-consultancy services covering 97 residential Emirati Villa plots: 20 in Baynounah, 32 in MZE12, 21 in MZW11 and 24 in Madinat Zayed Sector 6.

Design Concept:

The design integrates streetscape and irrigation network design across all four sectors, giving each residential community a consistent, landscaped public realm.

Electrical network and substation design, and sewerage network design, complete the utility package, with the required NOCs and authority approvals also secured.
