Project Brief:

This proposal relates to the services outlined in the tender documents received for the Reem Hills Phase 1 Boundary Wall Project, with AE International’s appointment limited to Architect of Record (AOR) services for boundary wall works outside the residential plot limits.

The scope includes coordination, preparation, and submission of the Client-approved design documentation to secure the required Building Permit; the boundary wall design was completed, reviewed, and approved prior to AE International’s engagement.

The project scope is limited to boundary wall elements located outside the residential plot limits, covering concrete and blockwork boundary walls throughout the development.

Concrete and metal boundary fences complete the boundary treatment, matching the design language already approved for the wider Reem Hills Phase 1 community.
