Project Brief:
Q Properties intends to enhance the existing streetscape in Danet, Abu Dhabi.
AE International was assigned to undertake the design of landscape and irrigation of the project through a design and built contract of Gulf Dunes with the client.
Design Concept:
The design concept are Stripes and Layers. The idea is to compliment circular pattern of the development with the Landscape design. A simple approach that gives the community of Danet a relaxing feel without sacrificing aesthetics.
The design is inspired from the linear and circular patterns of Stripes and Layers which is a very feasible and effective in any development. Strips of gravel in between softscape areas make the pattern intent more visible and defined.
