Project Brief:

Q Holding P.S.C required quantity surveying services on the sewerage network rectification for Zone 1, 380 Commercial Villas, Al Ain Fayda.

The scope covers commercial evaluation and benchmarking of the contractor’s bid, plus interim and final payment certification through to account close-out.

Design Concept:

Handing-over documentation is reviewed across roads, stormwater, water, power and streetlighting, with coordination with authorities on asset handover.

The scope also includes review of as-built drawings and GIS, warranty and O&M manuals, and site inspections required by the authorities.
