Project Brief:

Soft landscape and irrigation design has been commissioned by Ital Consult, mainly across pedestrian realm edge zones, road medians, and roundabout central islands in Zones A & B.

The scope includes data collection and revalidation of the previously approved 2019 detailed design, plus securing approvals from AAM, AADC, and TPD, and obtaining NOCs from other stakeholders.

Design Concept:

The landscape design draws on the organic beauty of the site’s natural surroundings, emphasizing fluid shapes that mirror natural sand ripples through blended curves and diverse plantings.

Natural materials like stone, wood, and gravel ground the design, while native plants enhance biodiversity and support long-term ecological sustainability across the streetscape.
