Project Brief:

Barary Ain Al Fayda Development LLC required design review and site supervision of roadworks and infrastructure at Barary, Ain Al Fayda Phase 2, Zone 1 and Zone 2 – Area B, near Al Ain.

The scope covers Peer Review and Construction Site Supervision Services, acting as the engineer through construction and the defects notification period under the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build, First Edition 1999.

Design Concept:

The project centres on constructing new road works and supporting infrastructure across the Barary development’s two zones, drawing on architectural, structural and engineering competency for peer review of the design.

Supervision continues through close-out of construction, ensuring the roads and infrastructure are delivered and defects resolved in line with the project’s FIDIC-based contract requirements.
