Project Brief:

Aldar Properties PJSC required Design Consultancy services, including Construction Tender Documents and design approvals/NOCs, for the Al Raha East Road and Infrastructure Project.

Al Raha Beach spans 5km along Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road (E10), positioned as the new gateway to Abu Dhabi City, with road and infrastructure construction already well underway.

Design Concept:

The scope covers modifications to existing link roads and junctions, incorporating roads, cycle tracks, signage and wayfinding, and storm water drainage.

Street lighting, traffic signals, utility protection and relocation, and public realm hard and soft landscaping complete the ROW cross-section upgrades.
