Project Brief:

New developments across Abu Dhabi Emirate include sewerage infrastructure built by private developers and authorities that must be designed and constructed to ADSWS standards before transfer to ADSWS ownership.

ADSWS required coordination between the responsible Authority, the Developer and its Consultant, and ADSWS, covering networks, pumping stations, force mains, treatment plants and vacuum systems.

Design Concept:

Close coordination is maintained with each Developer’s Consultant through a staged review process: conceptual and preliminary design, detailed design and tender documents, and tender/bidder clarifications.

The final stage is overview of construction works, ensuring the completed sewerage infrastructure meets ADSWS requirements before it is handed over and transferred into ADSWS ownership.
