Project Brief:

Abu Dhabi Distribution Company required the development of a sustainability maintenance strategy and outsourcing maintenance contracts for water assets across the Central, Eastern and Al Dhafra regions.

The scope covers studying and evaluating current assets, operations and maintenance, then preparing long-term outsourced water asset maintenance contracts aligned with ADDC’s performance-driven service objectives.

Design Concept:

The strategy targets efficient water usage and reduced capital, operating and life-cycle costs, implementing common planning, operating and maintenance approaches for high-performance, sustainable water infrastructure.

The approach favours cost-effective life-cycle concepts, consensus-based standards and performance measurement, helping ADDC procure new outsourced O&M contracts that deliver continuity of service on a performance basis.
