Project Brief:

AE International Consultancy was commissioned by Aldar Properties, through Ital Consult, to provide landscape and irrigation design consultancy services for the revalidation of Internal Roads and Infrastructure Works at East Baniyas Phase II.

The scope carries the streetscape design through Concept, Preliminary, and Detailed Design stages to Construction Documents and IFC, as the project proceeds through on-going construction.

Design Concept:

Organic lines inspired by the country’s desert dunes create a dynamic, flowing vibe, transforming the space into more interesting terrain that breaks the formality and rigidity of the area’s urban pattern.

The organic concept also smooths the transition between different site locations, bringing the dynamic impulse of the city center into the heart of the neighborhood.
