Project Brief:

Western Region Municipality is developing Emirati Housing in Al Yeef Mahder, roughly 5km north of Liwa town, spanning 185 hectares and serving 282 plots across residential, commercial, and civic land uses.

OTAK International commissioned design of the Potable Water Network and Electrical Network serving the full development.

Design Concept:

The potable water scope covers 27,000m of network ranging from 100mm to 600mm diameter, including valve chambers, hydrants, and connection to the existing transmission line.

The electrical scope includes 45,000m of 11kV power network with feeder pillars, plus 13 substations serving the development’s 282 plots.
