Project Brief:

 Aldar Projects LLC required a consultant for infrastructure works serving 645 government reserved plots at various locations across Abu Dhabi.

Full design and construction-supervision consultancy was delivered through the CD, DD, TD and IFC stages, coordinating with all concerned authorities to achieve a fully functional community.

Design Concept:

 The design integrates internal roads, walkways, car parks, entrances, signage and streetscape with the wider Onwani way-finding requirements to create a coherent, navigable community.

Utility scope spans irrigation, stormwater, sewer, potable water, power, telecommunications and firefighting networks, each connected to existing infrastructure and backed by construction supervision.
