Project Brief:

AD Ports required, under contract 2200-103, design of the infrastructure for KEZAD Area A – Phase 1E, covering completion of infrastructure in Areas KP4-3, KP4-4, KP6-1, KP6-2, KP6-3, KP7-1, KP8-11A and KP9-13.

The design stages covered CD, PD, DD, IFC and Tender Support, delivering internal roads connecting to the existing network together with all supporting utility infrastructure.

Design Concept:

The design connects new internal roads to the existing road network while integrating street lighting, power, potable water, stormwater and combined wastewater systems across all designated plot areas.

Telecommunication ducting, irrigation and MCC ducts were incorporated where applicable, with the design coordinated to secure NOCs and approvals from all relevant authorities.
