Project Brief:

Reem Hills appointed a consultant to deliver detailed design and issue-for-construction documentation for miscellaneous infrastructure at Reem Hills Phase 1, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.

Phase 1 comprises the southern portion of the gated community, with about 680 residential units across a mix of villas, townhouses and semi-detached villas.

Design Concept:

The scope covers detailed design of the irrigation pumping station, potable water pumping station, sewerage minor lifting station and 24 electrical distribution substations.

The work also includes relocating an existing substation and preparing IFC documents and construction support through to delivery.
