Project Brief:

Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company required operation of the IKIS sewer information system, supporting ADSSC in assessing sewerage network condition across the whole of Abu Dhabi Emirate.

The scope covers operating IKIS and supporting ADSSC’s Asset Management, Projects Management and Operation & Maintenance divisions, including handover of rehabilitated projects and preparation of rehabilitation contracts.

​Design Concept:

IKIS gives network operators continuous, current information on sewer condition, built from completed inspections and assessments, and manages reading, saving and evaluating operational data, photos, films and documents.

Beyond day-to-day operation, this support feeds directly into ADSSC’s asset planning and rehabilitation programme, translating inspection records into prioritised, documented rehabilitation contracts.
