Project Brief:

The project redesigns an already developed 51-hectare housing area based on a grid of standard 60m x 60m Abu Dhabi Municipality plots, quadrupling the number of Officers’ villas from 96 to 414.

Two villa prototypes on small plots along cul-de-sac streets under 120m create an efficient residential cluster, with public green space and community amenities within walking distance.

Design Concept:

Additional open spaces accommodate community facilities including mosques, a social center, retail, and a kindergarten, assuring high residential quality throughout the cluster.

Services covered master planning for the entire area, design and tendering of 4- and 5-bedroom villa prototypes, and design, tendering, and supervision of all related infrastructure works.
