Project Brief:

Ethara established a Project Management Consultancy framework agreement, running 3 years, to oversee multiple projects at Yas Marina Circuit, home of the Formula 1 Grand Prix, and other Ethara venues.

The framework spans a diverse range of developments, upgrades and remedial works, including infrastructure enhancements, new construction, expansions, refurbishments, fit-outs and defect rectifications.

Design Concept:

This role runs across every project phase – Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Monitoring & Controlling – ensuring structured delivery aligned with Ethara’s strategic objectives at each stage.

The final Handing Over and Defects Liability Period phase closes out each project, with surveys, repairs and defect rectification managed through to formal handover.
