Barari appointed AE International as Architect of Record (AOR) for boundary wall works located outside the residential plot limits, with the design already completed, reviewed, and approved prior to engagement.

The scope covers coordination, preparation, and submission of the Client-approved design documentation required to secure the Building Permit.

The project scope is limited to boundary wall elements located outside the residential plot limits, covering concrete and blockwork boundary walls throughout the development.

Concrete and metal boundary fences complete the boundary treatment, matching the design language already approved for the wider Reem Hills Phase 1 community.
