Project Brief:

AE International Consultancy was appointed by Royal Development Company, on behalf of MODON, to provide design consultancy services—validating, completing, and securing approvals for the design and tender documents of Reem Hills Phase II.

The design objectives focus on enhancing the everyday community experience, addressing local resident requirements, and raising satisfaction across the neighborhood as the project progresses through Preliminary, Detailed, and Construction Documentation stages.

Design Concept:

Organic Design principles guide the landscape, integrating contemporary design with the UAE’s natural beauty, cultural heritage, and sustainability goals to create a distinctive, site-responsive public realm within the desert context.

Hills and ribbons form the public realm’s foundational elements, with the green ribbon’s open spaces hosting play and recreational amenities that draw residents outdoors and foster social interaction.
