Project Brief:

Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada), trading with ALDAR, required rehabilitation of infrastructure works serving 53 residential infill plots at Delma Island, in Abu Dhabi’s Western Region.

The consultancy runs through CD, PD, DD, TD, IFC and Supervision stages, delivering the civil and utility infrastructure needed to service the infill plots ahead of handover.

Design Concept:

The rehabilitation upgrades the existing site infrastructure at Delma to current serviceability standards for the 53 residential infill plots, carrying the design from concept through detailed and tender documentation ahead of construction.

Site supervision oversees the contractor through construction and IFC stages, confirming the rehabilitated roads, utilities and site infrastructure are delivered to specification before handover of the infill plots.
