Project Brief:

Abu Dhabi General Services Company PJSC, trading as Musanada/Aldar Projects LLC, required consultancy services for the rehabilitation of infrastructure works for 99 infill plots at Mirfa.

The objective was to extend, modify, and upgrade all existing utilities, networks, and services for the new plots, including all studies, tests, designs, NOCs, and approvals from every relevant authority.

Design Concept:

The scope covered the internal road network, walkways, car parks, entrances, signage and way-finding, streetscape, and street lighting, plus irrigation, storm water, and sewer networks.

Potable water, power distribution, telecommunications, and firefighting networks were also upgraded, with construction supervision services carrying the project through to completion.
