Project Brief:

ADDC required a study, design, review and construction supervision of the replacement of an aging water distribution network across Madinat Zayed, Ghayathi, Liwa and Mirfa in the Western Region.

The project replaces roughly 95 km of pipeline, more than 25 years old, together with associated civil works, following a Survey and Condition Assessment of the Western Region network under Contract D-103291.

Design Concept:

The new network is sized to meet current and future demand with sufficient hydraulic parameters, improving capacity and operational efficiency across all four Western Region sectors.

Involvement continues through construction supervision and supervision during the maintenance period, drawing on established experience with ADDC and expertise in water infrastructure planning and design.
