Project Brief:

Aldar Projects LLC awarded the design of a road extension and infrastructure works for Plot S5-C26/C27, Al Reem Island, Shams.

The scope covers site investigations, tests, material supply, and securing all construction NOCs and permits from the relevant agencies and authorities.

Design Concept:

The design clears the plot of existing utilities, and removes, relocates or protects stormwater, irrigation, streetlighting, water, power, telecoms, sewerage, district cooling and gas networks as needed.

NOC, route and corridor approvals are also secured, and tender documents prepared, with the plot developer separately handling tie-in connections and internal roads.
