Project Brief:

Abu Dhabi Motorsport Management (ADMM), operator of the Yas Marina Circuit and venue for the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix, required a three-year framework agreement for on-call engineering, supervision and assistance services.

The agreement covers a wide 2022-plan programme of works, from refurbishment of existing buildings to new small and medium construction, renovations and facility expansions, deploying qualified resources as ADMM’s workload demands.

Design Concept:

The on-call team works in close coordination with ADMM’s FM and project end-user staff, commissioning build and design-and-build contractors and designers as each project requires.

Core services span design review, site supervision and scope-of-works development, scaled up or down flexibly across the varying number and size of concurrent ADMM projects.
