Project Brief:

Al Dhafra Region Municipality (DRM) required design of an efficient stormwater drainage system for areas of Al Sila’a City affected by ponding and flooding.

The project covers existing residential units, community facilities, road networks and infrastructure utilities, coordinated alongside the parallel MUSANADA Infill Plots works.

Design Concept:

The design delivers a sustainable stormwater drainage system for Sila’a City (Phase 2), addressing flooding and ponding across the developed area.

The scope also includes construction supervision, ensuring full coordination among stakeholders and authorities through to a fully functional network.
