Project Brief:

TQT intended to provide an emergency bypass from the Fujairah water supply to Abu Dhabi, constructing bypass and interconnection pipelines at Remah, Shobaisi, and Unit IV pumping stations.

Nael Energy & General Enterprises Est (NEGE) was commissioned to carry out the work, including the structural design of the transmission pipeline.

Design Concept:

The structural design scope covered the transmission pipeline route in full, including all chambers required along its length.

Thrust blocks and anchor blocks were designed to secure the pipeline at key points, ensuring the emergency bypass system performs reliably during activation.
