Project Brief:

The project involves the construction of 55 residential villas together with complete enabling and infrastructure works in Liwa, Al Dhafra Region, distributed across five separate sites roughly 220 km southwest of Abu Dhabi.

Each villa has an average built-up area of approximately 500 sqm on plots of about 2,025 sqm, distributed across Mahdar Khanoor, Jarmada, Al Huiteen, Al Tharwaniyyah, and Al Yariyah, delivering a fully serviced residential community.

Design Concept:

The five sites were each planned to ensure adequate spacing and privacy between villas, balancing the practical demands of a remote, dispersed development with consistent design standards.

Complete infrastructure and utilities are integrated across all five sites, supporting a cohesive residential community despite the distance separating each cluster of villas.
