Project Brief:

The scope spans pipe works, manholes, plot connections, pumping stations and sewerage treatment plants (STP), serving a community projected to reach roughly 148,000 permanent residents within a wider population base of 353,000.

Design Concept:

The role centres on design and tendering review together with construction overview and coordination, ensuring the sewerage network keeps pace with Saadiyat’s phased residential, leisure and cultural development.

Coordination extends across pipe networks, manholes and pumping infrastructure through to the treatment plants, supporting Saadiyat’s ambition as an integrated island community with civic and tourist amenities.
