Project Brief:

ADMM developed an 18,000 sqm Karting circuit plus a 4,500 sqm retail, entertainment, and administration building, completed in two phases with partial handover in Q3 2016 and full handover in Q1 2017.

Project Management services were provided, leading the delivery of the project from inception through completion on ADMM’s behalf.

Design Concept:

The project delivery teams were built and managed, tender responses reviewed, and consultant and contractor selection assisted, while consulting with ADMM’s Legal Council on contract development and claims.

As Senior Construction Consultant, all interfaces between contractors, stakeholders, and authorities were managed, performing ongoing risk identification and analysis throughout the project.
