Project Brief:

AE Consultant was appointed to provide the design consultancy services including the validation, completion and obtaining approvals for the design and tender documents.

The project objectives are:

• Designing the landscape to enhance the community experience.
• Fulfilment of the local community requirements and increase the satisfaction level among the neighborhoods.  
   

Design Concept:

In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where innovation and modernity flourish amidst the desert landscape, Organic Design in landscape architecture emerges as a captivating concept. This narrative explores the application of Organic Design principles to the UAE's unique environment, celebrating the seamless integration of contemporary design with the region’s natural beauty, cultural heritage, and sustainability goals.

The fundamental design principles are rooted in the natural and intentionally crafted ecological features of the area. The hills and ribbons serve as the foundational elements of the public realm, shaping the identity of the community. Within the green ribbon, which forms the integrated public open spaces, a diverse range of play and recreational elements will be incorporated. These amenities are designed to entice residents to venture outdoors, fostering social interaction and encouraging engagement in outdoor activities.
