Project Brief:

AE International Consultancy has been commissioned by Aldar Properties through Italconsult to carryout the Landscape and Irrigation design consultancy services for the revalidation project: “Internal Roads and Infrastructure Works at East Baniyas Phase II”

Design Concept:

“To bring the dynamic impulse from the city center to the heart of its neighborhood”.

Organic lines were inspired from the original desert form of the country landscape which are formed by the constantly moving and changing sand dunes.

The suggested organic forms create a dynamic always flowing vibe, which transforms the space into more interesting terrain, breaking the formality and rigidity of the urban pattern of the area. The organic concept also emphasizes a smooth transition between different locations on site, creating a smoother and lighter feeling of movement for its users.
