Project Brief:
The project Involves the design of four guardhouse buildings, including architectural, MEP and structural design, and the footing design for a bulking station as part of Reem Hills – Phase 1 Development, located on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. Each guardhouse has a built-up area of 12.38 m² and a bulking station with area 11.5m².

Design Concept:
The proposed layout of the guard houses prioritizes maximum visibility for security personnel. The strategic placement of windows ensures optimal sightlines throughout the day, enhancing surveillance effectiveness and situational awareness. The design considers both functionality and comfort, ensuring the guard houses are practical for day-to-day operations. As all guard houses are located between the residential villas, their external finishes and material palette are intentionally matched with the adjacent villas to achieve visual continuity and blend seamlessly with the surrounding context.
