Project Brief:

MODON, as the Client, together with RDC as the Client’s Representative, is overseeing the ongoing construction of the Reem Hills Phase 1 project, executed by Barrari. The original design, prepared by KEO, has undergone modifications at the Client’s request. Consequently, the Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings for the landscape package have been revised to reflect updates to the parks and open spaces, pedestrian circulation and accessibility, play and fitness areas, paving strategies, and the removal of on-street parking shade structures, all in alignment with Estidama PCRS guidelines. 

The location of the project is Plot No. C17A, Sector RR2, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
 

Design Concept:

The project is located on a hillside, and its design concept seeks to integrate harmoniously with the natural topography. The approach ensures that the built environment complements the surrounding landscape while fostering the development of a culturally vibrant and exclusive gated community.
